Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?

We’re based in Chandler, Arizona — proudly designing and building every seat in-house. We ship nationwide across the U.S.

Can you ship to a residential address?

All freight shipments must go to a commercial address. If you don’t have one, most customers use a local business, shop, or freight terminal for pickup.

Do I need to send you my old seat frame?

No. Every Titan seat is a complete replacement and does not require your original frame.

Do you offer re-covers or upholstery repair?

We don’t perform re-covers or upholstery repair work. Our focus is on fully engineered replacement seats built from the ground up.

Can I request a custom design or pattern?

Yes. We offer several customization options to match your exact vision — from material and stitch patterns to color accents.

Do you provide installation services?

Yes, we offer installation for local customers at our Chandler shop. For out-of-state customers, our vehicle-specific brackets align with factory mounting points for a simple, driveway-friendly install.

Will my factory fuel tank fit behind your seat (’67-’72 C10)?

Yes. Our mechanical sliders are designed to provide adequate clearance so you can retain your original in-cab fuel tank.
